This is a Salaried Consultant role with Aquent Studios. Must be in the Miami area and work 3 days on-site at our client's location in Miami and 2 days remotely.
As a Salaried Consultant with Aquent Studios, you receive an annual salary plus full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/Match, and PTO/Vacation.
This is a long-term/ongoing role.
The salary range for this position is 55-60k.
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
Must have qualifications:
As a Category Support Specialist you will support the Merchandising Team and Director. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, Category Managers/ ACM/ Leader, Promo and advertising teams, Inventory Planners, finance and analytics team, Store Operations, Planogram Designers, Directors, suppliers and others to achieve the assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
• Perform weekly and ad-hoc reporting as needed on category sales, inventory, trends and other parameters
• Analyze data or insights to provide ACM/ CM with opportunities and recommendations.
• Provide support and follow up with new item setups, cost and retail changes, miscellaneous item and vendor maintenance, new store set ups, etc.
• Provide support with seasonal and planogram process as needed
• Support with Ad process that may include presentations, meeting notes, follow ups, file consolidation, schedule management, etc.
• Research Department processes by meeting with all individuals in the department and gather information to write formal processes for others to use and follow
• Independently and with direction from Category Managers, draft and deliver category and promotional communications such as emails, event calendar messages, updates, etc.
• Provide support with market research, vendor relationships and communication as assigned.
• You may be assigned smaller planograms or categories to manage them under CM/ACM guidance.
• Support with other projects or tasks assigned by Director(s) or CM team.
Education
High school diploma/GED with a preference for a bachelor’s degree or Equal work experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working in an analytical role
2+ years of advanced Excel experience
Strong organizational and process documentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel & PowerPoint
Strong team player with the eagerness & aptitude to grow
Strong customer service orientation
Strong analytical and communication skills
