Position Title: Analyst

Pay Rate: $45 an hour

Duration of project: 12 months W2 contract

Location: Remote

What will I be doing?

The Analyst, Property Platform Localization will support the customization of our companies property management platforms to ensure full compliance with local legal requirements. This includes both the initial localization for new countries that our company enters, and the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of property management platforms in countries where we already operate. You will act as an important liaison between the regional business teams and the global technology organization.

The Analyst, Property Platform Localization will work closely with regional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze legal requirements and translate these into functional requirements for the delivery team. You will participate in the software delivery process by supporting the engineering and testing teams in delivering solutions in line with the initial requirements.

More specifically, you will:

• Gather, document, and analyze country-specific legal requirements to determine their impact on property management platforms
• Convert business requirements into functional requirements and hand these over to the engineering and testing teams for delivery
• Oversee the delivery of localization capabilities to ensure on-time delivery
• Review test cases to confirm adequate test coverage, and validate test results
• Hand over newly developed localization capabilities to other technology and business groups to allow for proper implementation and support
• Manage the pilot implementation of new localization capabilities
• Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders across the business and technology
• Proactively seek to expand current knowledge of our companies technology capabilities

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• High School Degree
• Three (3) years of professional work experience in Hospitality
• Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role managing business requirements)
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Two (2) years of professional work experience in a multinational company
