Assoc. Marketing Manager
This is a long-term full-time position with Aquent Studios, supporting our retail client and you would work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Candidates must be able to work in the office 3 days a week in Miami.
This position offers a salary plus medical, dental, vision, 401k w/match, and PTO.

Highly qualified Assoc. Marketing Manager who can contribute to existing programs while
assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal
candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including
communications, branding, and digital media. Must be an organized multitasker, able to
handle diverse projects and meet tight deadlines.
Ensure that marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by
identifying and executing improvement for processes, and content. Share best practices and
local marketing tactics with team members.
In this role, (you) will assist with marketing tactics coordination, legal reviews, event
planning.
The position reports directly to the senior marketing manager.
You will be responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help the Marketing &
The advertising team drives strategies to acquire new customers, increase engagement with
existing customers, and drive enterprise value across a variety of channels, including:
Effectively and efficiently communicate with cross-functional teams to
ensure execution of performance marketing strategies.
Possess strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to
manage multiple initiatives and moving parts; with a high level of attention to
detail.
Leverage analytics to measure marketing channels and overall campaign
performance
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
Supports development of marketing plans rooted in consumer, competitor and
company insights, leveraging results and insights to support recommendations
on go-forward campaigns.
Understanding of Hispanic demographic to ensure marketing tactics and assets
are relevant to this important and growing population segment.
Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating the marketing strategy
by assembling sales forecasts and data, creating presentations, and updating
calendars
Contribute to the development of creative ideas and marketing plans
Coordinate the creation of new promotional materials
Continually seek new sources of market data and provide recommendations to
marketing leadership
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in business and
marketing
Self-motivated individual who can excel in a demanding environment
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social
media marketing
Experience or interest in digital marketing, ecommerce, and performance marketing.
Retail marketing or agency/strategy experience.
Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Superior communication skills in both English and Spanish
High level of comfort working and managing cross-functional relationships in
a highly matrixed organization.
Understanding of data-driven Marketing – where data, technology, and creativity
meet.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, accountability, and flexibility
in working with others.
Strong PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Retail and consumer behavior understanding
Experience with email and online marketing
