Your New Role...

The Guest Booking Coordinator supports the Guest Booking team by providing and coordinating various services across all WBD Sports properties.  The Guest Booking Team is responsible for all bookings, including athletes, artists, actors, creators, and influencers as guests and/or talent on WBD Sports properties.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Handles day to day oversight of guest booking logistics across all WBD Sports properties.

  • Keeps departments talent lists, schedules, and research up to date.
  • Booking travel accommodations for talent communicates with talent on itineraries and logistics, assist with prospecting future guests for WBD Sports properties.
  • Working closely across internal departments to provide detailed information in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates talent payments/invoice processing and reconciliation of guest booking Amex
  • Travel to WBD sports shows and events to handle on site logistics and relations for WBD guests/talent.

Qualifications & Experiences...

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software
  • Have ability to pay close attention to detail and have excellent organization skills.
  • Work well under time constraints, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication, verbally and in writing
