Job Description:

Client Marketing

This Client Marketing role supports the execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Distribution colleagues aimed at acquiring, developing, and retaining clients. By utilizing traditional as well as dynamic methods, such as client segmentation, marketing automation, and digital and social methods, this job aims to execute campaign deliverables that deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

Assists in the execution of Go-To-Market plan deliverables, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, removing roadblocks, managing compliance and legal review processes, and facilitating the hand-off between teams for execution.

Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organizations and business partners.

Contributes to journey mapping for their respective audience segmentation – including identifying gaps, pain points, positive experiences, and identifying opportunities for future state needs.

Assists with campaign execution in partnership with functional marketing team members.

Understands departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.

Provides tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and system operations is required. 


 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and system operations. 


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Computational Engineering, Science, or a related field.  Master's degree is preferred. 


Hand on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud platforms and tools. 


Deep understanding of marketing automation data platforms to build data models, segments, and data queries. 


Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights that inform campaign optimization and strategy. 


Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams. 


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 


 


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Design and build data management solutions leveraging SF Data Cloud and SFMC tools to increase lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention. ​


Implement customer data platform data setup leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to drive business growth and revenue. 


Design and build Data Cloud data model objects to support TIAA lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention data segments working closely with marketing business stakeholders. 


Implement solutions to integrate with TIAA data sources collaborating with product leads and platform owners. 


Design and build Data Cloud - SFMC data integration leveraging product capabilities and tools. 


Support data analytics efforts working closely with analytics leads and business owners. 


Support SFMC marketing campaigns with timely data delivery. 


Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align on strategy, optimize performance, and build customer journeys. 


Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
