Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

  • Administer IT asset management policies and processes to control and maintain IT software and hardware assets.
  • Deliver request-to-fulfill processes for IT asset management requests including managing service management tasks, provisioning portals, customer inquiries, and coordinating procurement requisitions.
  • Monitor IT asset inventories, compliance, supportability, support status, and costs.
  • Maintain IT asset records in the systems provided and provided reporting as needed. Focus on data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support company objectives including operational effectiveness, cost savings, and ongoing improvements.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with internal and external customers and support their IT asset management needs.
  • Lead the work of others.

Core Competencies

  • Moderate to advanced understanding of IT software asset management and licensing principles.
  • Ability to research and solve complex licensing scenarios.
  • Experience with Flexera software asset management tooling is preferred.
  • Detail and customer-oriented. Willing to learn.
  • Work cooperatively with others to help a team or work group achieve its goals.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study: Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
