Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Director of Direct Commerce to spearhead our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales and consumer marketing strategy creating awareness and optimizing our brand(s) direct shopping channels via website and other sales channels. This person is responsible for various facets of online operations, business planning, and marketing strategies. This role calls for a strategic thinker with a growth mindset who excels in team leadership, innovation, and expanding product and channel offerings.
Position location: This role can be based out of the Fortune Brand Innovation Deerfield, IL, Oak Creek, WI, Maumee, OH or North Olmsted, OH facilities following a hybrid work schedule. Our Hybrid work schedule provides associates the flexibility to work remotely Monday and Friday while being in the office Tuesday – Thursday.
