The Role
Vistabeam seeks a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record of driving growth and generating revenue. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing and leading a sales/ marketing team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving business development. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility and optimizing customer acquisition and retention. This position is on-site and will work out of our Gering, Nebraska office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing
plans to achieve business objectives.
· Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a
high-performance culture.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive landscape.
· Customer Acquisition: Design and execute strategies to attract and retain
customers, including promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
· Revenue Growth: Develop and manage pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and
budgets to maximize profitability.
· Brand Development: Enhance brand recognition through innovative marketing
initiatives and effective communication strategies.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to
align on goals and initiatives.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting
strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a preferred.
· Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role.
· Experience within the ISP or telecommunications industry is a plus.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
