As the Director of Brand Development at Inno Supps, you will play a crucial role in elevating our online presence, INNOvating our brand marketing strategies and launches on a national and international scale, and ensuring a coherent and impactful brand. As the Director of Brand Development, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to enhance our brand presence, grow our audience and engagement, and overall support of marketing objectives.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the Inno Supps brand(s) portfolio that align with overall Company objectives and targets.
  • Identify and implement brand strategies for different regions, demographics, and on a global scale that keep in line with Company objectives.
  • Define brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing communication channels.
  • Leading and inspiring a cross-functional team to execute integrated marketing campaigns and launches that drive brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Serving as the strategic and creative conduit for Inno Supps brand(s), collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and overall revenue growth.
  • Championing the voice of the consumer throughout the organization, influencing product innovation, and marketing strategies to meet evolving consumer needs and preferences.
  • Utilizing consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to ensure a competitive position.
  • Driving continuous improvement through performance analysis, KPI tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives and adjusting strategies swiftly and as needed.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the brand management team and across the organization.


Who you are:

  • 7+ years of e-commerce brand marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership and cross-functional team leadership.
  • BA in business or marketing, preferred.
  • Proven track record to influence, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive personality and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with an exceptional record of digital marketing, branding, and new product strategies to craft successful marketing campaigns, and increase overall revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and effectively present it to stakeholders.
  • High standards of accountability with a strong desire to win.
