A Day in the Life

We have an exciting role for a Service Coordinator where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks for a specific geography/territory, balancing the various activities and daily requests ensuring your customers’ needs are met. Located onsite in our Service Depot based in Huntingwood, you will work closely with Service and Repair team members and various internal and external customers. As part of a culture of continuous improvement, you will also be involved on projects and initiatives that further drive outstanding customer outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Providing a key contact to customers for all service-related customer calls/emails
  • Coordinating preventative maintenance scheduling
  • Supporting Field Team within your territory
  • Following up on outstanding quotes with customers
  • Following up on outstanding purchase orders
  • Assist in managing equipment loan pool, in following up outstanding loans
  • Providing administrative support for the service function.

Must-Haves

  • Solid (2+ years) customer service experience
  • ServiceMax, Salesforce, and SAP systems knowledge are highly desirable, but not essential (on-the-job training will be provided)
  • Excellent time management planning and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Ability to adapt to change
