DESCRIPTION

The position reports to the CEO and leads the company’s digital revenue growth strategy, including marketing and sales. You will oversee growth strategies across product lines and manage one employee.


RESPONSIBILITIES

· Sell new digital ad products and strategic initiatives.

· Develop strategies to help clients make informed decisions through a consultative sales approach.

· Utilize forecasting and business analytical skills to exploit opportunities and expand relationships.

· Build relationships with companies and societies with ad and event decision-makers alike.

· Develop, craft, and pitch client proposals and brand opportunities.

· Work closely with internal teams to identify key strategies to maximize client campaigns' impact.

· Work closely with internal teams to maximize campaign performance and ensure client success.

· Deliver innovation and challenge the norm by identifying new

tactics to test and learn across Orthobullets’ product portfolio.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 to 10 years of digital advertising/media sponsorship sales experience
  • Extensive client deal-making experience and a desire to aggressively develop new business.
  • Excels in an entrepreneurial sales environment with only moderate supervision.
  • Effectively blends the need to be a brand champion, a data expert, and a client consultant to maximize sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and enjoys managing a team.
  • Experience with healthcare clients is preferable.
