Job Description:

Title: Web Developer

Location: Canada – Remote

Duration: Contract

Project Details: This team has built a net new platform for the client's Retail space. This platform allows agents/front-line sales, to seamlessly provide customized quotes to customers for products and services, will real-time cost estimates and monthly plan details. The platform capabilities (and ability to integrate into other internal systems with low effort) have generated a large backlog of feature and configuration requests from other Consumer Solution teams.

Skills

• 3+ Years of overall development experience with Front end strengths
• Hands-on with Nextjs – (Reactjs is an acceptable alternative
• Hands-on with Nodejs (and/or Expressjs) – for REST API implementation (data exchange between FE & BE)
• GitHub for version control

Plus Skills

• Understanding of MFE Architecture and /or Implementation

Day To Day

Initial bootstrapping period of 1-2 months will work closely with his Dev Lead participating in daily stand ups, developing and maintaining net new features in the platform as per stakeholders as they are prioritized in the backlog accordingly.
