Job Overview

Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a UX/UI designer who will contribute to defining digital products and experiences that will form the future of the Keurig brand. This individual will bring empathy, creativity, and strategic skills in service of solving complex business challenges and user needs.

The team is positioned within the Design & Innovation organization, where we collaborate with other highly skilled designers to bring the holistic vision for the Keurig customer journey to life.

In this role, you will support the creation of end-to-end designs that span across multiple user touch points, including brewer interfaces, mobile app, and our e-commerce site. You will work closely with other UX designers, software developers, researchers, marketing, and product management to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle the UX/interaction design needs of projects assigned - everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity products, including high-fidelity UI.
  • Create project deliverables such as storyboards, flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs and relevant specifications.
  • Create compelling presentations and leverage visual storytelling for sharing design work.
  • Leverage and contribute to a design system.
  • Support user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
  • Work with cross-functional personnel such as design researchers, industrial designers, and product, and software developers to create great product experiences.
  • Provide implementation support to technical teams.

Requirements

  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving demonstrated in portfolio case studies
  • Attention to detail and passion for designing within complex systems
  • Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to defend design choices with clear rationale.
  • A focus on collaboration and achieving team and business goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects at a time
  • A strong sense of empathy to understand and design for multiple user personas
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX or digital product designer working on consumer-facing software applications on more than one platform (e.g., Web, IoT, iOS, Android).
  • Proven ability to partner with UX designers, UX researchers, software developers, and QA to ensure user needs are met and designs are implemented correctly.
  • Exceptional portfolio, demonstrating design executed with a high level of refinement.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using software management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with user interface design patterns and standard User-Centered Design methods.
  • Mastery of standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including a strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and creating branded experiences.
  • Ability to contribute to projects at multiple stages of development
