Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee moderate to large training projects within Ground Service Equipment (GSE) and Facilities Maintenance (FX)

· Work cross-functionally with the GSE & FX standards team to identify training requirements

· Identify key players, roles, and root causes, to define new training processes and implement them for efficiencies

· Map out current training scheduling processes, working cross-functionally to identify the root cause, define effective solutions, and implement

· Manage the external training vendors to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of the training requirements

· Project Management - Oversee training projects such as InDoc for GX / FX new hires, specific station training, and Calibrate Apprenticeship Program

· Reporting - Report on projects to upper management and station leaders

· Analyze training data and review options - Determine how to proceed with projects and possible updates to those projects based on the data analytics

· Ability to travel 30% – 40% both domestically

Qualifications

Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications):

· BS degree or equivalent work experience

· 4-5 years Ground Equipment or Facilities Maintenance experience

· 2-4 years of Project Management experience

· MS Office skilled in excel and access for data manipulation and analysis

· Effective communication skills both written and verbal

· Experience running technical and complex projects in a fast-paced environment

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
