Job Description:

This position provides Technical Program Management leadership and is responsible for end-to-end on-time delivery of one or more Invenco by GVR Programs and solutions, spanning requirements, design, engineering development, verification, integration, and release to production deployment or customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and drive actions post-initiation on solutions from design/requirement analysis through delivery, picking up ownership after initial discussion and scoping.
  • Support Engineering Teams and/or a Release Train and work with cross-functional teams to define clear solutions, develop solutions, and integrate with business operating processes as needed, working across product groups and geographies.
  • Facilitating and driving PI Planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Define clear product and solution specifications and drive gap analysis/estimating of work content.
  • Provide hands on Program management
  • Actively manage Program plans and deliverables as well as the 9 knowledge areas of Program Management (PMI)
  • Prepare communication plans and related Program status reports and presentations, including customer communications as needed
  • Effectively apply internal development process based upon Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and enforce defined Program standards
  • Day-to-day management of program team personnel and communication with key stakeholders
  • Primary technical contact for Program related issues
  • Oversee the entire Program life cycle and manage cross-functional team from Program initiation to production implementation
  • Provide value-added services through a consultative, value-added approach
  • Leverage knowledge of Program management to identify potential risks and mitigation approaches to keep Programs on track, escalating as needed to get the program back on track

Background and Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs
  • Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross functional exposure preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience

The base compensation range for this position is $84,500 to $105,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
