Job Description:

We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a Sales and Consumer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to support our newly launched brand by processing customer orders and addressing sales & customer needs.

As the Sales and Consumer Service Coordinator, you will primarily manage orders, respond to daily customer inquiries, and handle RMA issues. Your role will be to support the global Sales Team in fulfilling, tracking, and executing orders.

This position is for 32 hours a week (4 days), with the possibility of extending to 40 hours.


What you'll do


  • Handle daily communication and requests from our European clients.
  • Be responsible for orders invoicing to customers.
  • Create customer codes for new clients.
  • Receive and process orders from all sales Tavo Europe people except UK and insert them into SAP
  • Coordinate shipping for clients.
  • Resolve financial issues, including payment follow-ups, credit limit management, and audit arrangements.
  • Address RMA claims and product-related inquiries.
  • Takes ownership of consumer issues; troubleshoots and sees them through to resolution.
  • Provide marketing support for samples, giveaways, and material arrangements.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships between the company and clients.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency for cross-department communication and document filing.
  • Monitor inventory levels in the NL warehouse to ensure demand fulfillment.
  • Generate forecasting plans.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare requested agreements or announcements for sales purposes.
  • Generate forecasting planning process
  • Handle assignments from supervisors.


What you’ll bring


  • Native or fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or any other European language is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience using SAP S4 HANA is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external departments to achieve sales goals.
