Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with Director of Communications to support the execution of communications strategy, including marketing communications, e-commerce, digital marketing and B2B and B2C marketing initiatives • Manage website updates and content on rosewoodhotels.com, including copy, photography, and landing page updates, working closely with corporate team for brand alignment • Support property’s digital strategy and performance marketing campaigns across organic, paid search, display & social media channels • Create and execute with hotel to create email marketing campaigns for the hotel and relevant outlets, including messaging, targeting and measurement • Execute local promotions and campaigns to support various business units including food & beverage, weddings, spa, meetings & events • Oversee online reputation management across relevant sites, ensuring guest feedback is appropriately actioned • Support other marketing initiatives, including public relations, programming, partnerships, media communications, B2B marketing, collateral development, maintenance of the image library and maintenance of the property marketing calendar While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the duties involved in this position, the company reserves the right to add, remove or alter duties when business need dictates. CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Three years of marketing and digital/e-commerce experience; previous experience with a luxury/hospitality brand preferred. • Knowledge of content management and email marketing platforms; previous experience using Adobe AEM platform, or similar, and Photoshop/InDesign preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications or related discipline. • Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills with the ability to interpret and adhere to brand standards • An eye for design and creativity to communicate the hotel across digital platforms • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams on property including operations, catering, and sales. • Ability to manage strategy and analyze data with key recommendations with digital agencies.
