Overview

The Design Operations Graphic Assistant will support the graphics/design team to ensure the overall brand’s objective is achieved with the best production results.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in the creation of seasonal art pages for requested brands
  • Partner with management to communicate with factories on how to achieve the best production results
  • Ensure all separation art files and art pages are being executed consistently using the company template
  • Work with management on finalized files to be uploaded
  • Separate artwork for screen prints so that it is prepared for printing
  • Add detail to seasonal production charts for all brands as directed
  • Assist management on reviewing all art files
  • Utilize digital presentation boards to create clear and direct processes of graphic projects
  • Ensure all PLM data is completed for each graphic

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related Fine Arts Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative

Salary Description

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
