Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily production/shipping/sanitation/crewing (holiday)/project data to create daily production schedules
  • Balance manufacturing labor efficiencies with shipping compliance by executing the appropriate trade-off analysis
  • Build solid relationships and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Formalize feedback systems on scheduling efficiency/lbs attainment
  • Facilitate Site Service Meetings as needed
  • Work closely with Starfleet to enhance scheduling efficiency (MLS alignment to maximize packaging labor potential)
  • Work closely with SCO3 Team to adapt work duties with SCO3 Initiatives (e.g. – MLS Sustainment Project, Daily MRP)
  • Complete various reports as required (ie: Manufacturing Notifications, Vend and VPK Forecast, Lbs attainment, weekly lbs projection, and recap)
  • Determine product support requirements
  • Perform special projects and other tasks and duties as required
  • Upkeep of produced item settings, including S4 and DRP
  • DPP maintenance
  • Daily MPS committal
  • Work closely with Receiving and raw materials to ensure raw material availability
  • Member of the SCO CI Business Team

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $ 55,000 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual starting salary

Qualifications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills - must deal with all internal and external sources
  • Strong analytical skills - able to build models (used to analyze crewing and future promotional production needs)
  • Ability to complete tasks, resolve issues, and take direction with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
  • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities at the same time
  • Must be able to work independently, complete tasks, resolve issues, and take feedback from all levels of the organization
  • Excellent computer skills in local software: (Windows - Lotus Notes, Lotus 123, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Ability to learn and manage ICS, PPT, DPP, DRP/OMS/Pipeline, Business Objects, and XPTR)
