Overview

StoneX Digital Payments is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager - Invoicing to join our team. You will be an early member of the Product team with the highest level of technical expertise, business acumen and creativity to build an invoicing solution for our B2B client segment. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a global product from planning to launch and will be guiding the development of the platform to deliver optimal value for our clients. 

 

Our approach is both customer-focused and data-informed, so you will be required to have relevant experience and solid understanding of the B2B payments landscape, payments processing, collection, debt repayment, etc.  

 

You are a highly driven, analytical team player with a positive attitude and the experience to lead product development teams through all stages of the product lifecycle. You will receive high-level objectives from the leadership team, and you must determine with your team how to accomplish those objectives using knowledge, data and experience. You are innately passionate about customers and how a product can help solve their biggest problems. It is important to be flexible and can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, and make decisions without always having the total picture. 

 

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical, detail oriented and possesses the ability to work well with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, compliance, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work on building a scalable and robust payments platform for our B2B Invoicing product 
  • Drive a product from concept to launch, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and steering technical implementation discussions 
  • Lead and influence engineering teams toward a common goal 
  • Build positive business relationships with multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  • Identify needs and resolve issues of our clients in the areas of payments and invoicing 
  • Make data-driven product decisions and evaluate prioritization trade-offs 
  • Report on key milestones and initiatives for key stakeholders 
  • Understand the markets and competitors landscape in which your product operates 
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights and validate hypotheses with clients 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience
  • Passion for payments and billing 
  • Experience in payments transaction processing (i.e., authorizations, settlement, clearing, disputes, transaction data) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Familiarity with debt delinquency control and collection procedures 
  • Familiarity with some ERP and accounting systems 

 

Physical Requirements/Working conditions:

  • Climate-controlled office environment
  • Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
  • Dynamic, time-sensitive environment

 

Hiring Salary Range $135,000 - $180,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
