As a member of the IT Dev Global Data Services team, you will have significant responsibility and
influence in shaping the future of our core data landscape. This role will work with business, operations, and
management leaders across the global enterprise to be responsible for coordinating the ingestion and consumption of
data on next-generation data platforms. This role will be responsible for providing advanced analytical support and
optimizing enterprise processes to result in effective data collection and consumption. The position, reporting to the
Senior Delivery Specialist, offers a challenging environment for the right candidate to utilize experience and knowledge
creatively to influence management and impact the Enterprise Data Portfolio significantly.

• Structure and solve business data problems, collaborate and coordinate with various internal stakeholder
delivery teams, and translate business requirements to development teams for successful implementation.
• Develop rigorous, fact-based analysis to support recommendations, ensuring strategic and financial soundness
for any recommendations.
• Take an active role in the business requirement analysis, adding detail to high-level business requirements and
translating them into functional specifications.
• Work with the product team and business users to ensure end-to-end functionality meets initial expectations
before a new feature is shipped.
• Working with QA engineers to agree with test scenarios with use case analysis and help with test script
generation for both manual/automated testing and UAT
• Coordinate schedules to plan user acceptance testing and manage the feedback process
• Ensure Data governance policies are followed by implementing data lineage, quality checks etc.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL. Analyze highly complex, multi-dimension data sets.
• Understand and manage data vendors, third-party systems, and available technology
• Develop strong relationships within Data and external teams.
• Overseeing last-mile adoption of data products across the enterprise.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in operations, regulatory, data infrastructure, technology operations, programming,
business analysis, data management, or related field
• Cloud-based technology experience with relational databases and analytical tools
• Experience in commodity trading, capital markets, or market data
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
translate them into application and operational requirements
• Relevant and substantial work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end),
structured analysis, process design, use case documentation, and case definition
• Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to identify where the focus is needed and bring clarity to business
objectives, requirements, and priorities
• Strong facilitation and communication skills (both verbal and written). Capable of collaborating effectively across
a variety of Engineering and Data analyst groups
• Overall technical understanding of big data, data warehousing, business intelligence, web, and other multitiered, distributed applications/systems.
