Job Description:

Wunderkind is seeking a Product Performance Strategy Manager, to help senior marketing leaders at large companies solve their most pressing problems through our cutting-edge software platform. You’ll use your expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce, and new customer acquisition to develop strategies that provide a meaningful source of revenue for our clients and maximize WKND Platform performance.

Day-to-day, you’ll work collaboratively with account managers to create and polish email & SMS strategies & tactics. You’ll also work hand in hand with our Product team to ensure that the WKND Platform evolves in step with client goals.

Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing client data and developing new tests in order to expand upon our best practices and build out internal and customer-facing strategy documentation and training.

What You'll Do

  • Work in collaboration with account managers, providing them with expertise in the digital marketing space, customer acquisition strategies, and the Wunderkind platform.
  • Utilize client website data to recommend uses of Wunderkind technology that will drive the highest revenue impact and address customer goals.
  • Keep track of expectations provided during the sales process to ensure that we meet the expectations of our clients.
  • Analyze data for the strategies you recommended and use that data to generate suggestions for further testing.
  • Generate ideas to further the strategic use of the Wunderkind platform in a way that’s practical, scalable, and drives real value for our clients.
  • Coach account managers on Wunderkind's strategy during new hire onboarding, formal ongoing pieces of training, and during strategy sessions or one-off consultations.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize high-impact features and functionalities for current and future products

Qualifications

  • Strong critical thinking, consultative, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and EQ; you enjoy building relationships internally and with clients.
  • Comfortable interpreting and communicating advanced performance metrics relating to digital marketing campaigns.
  • Storytelling with data
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience developing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
  • Strong creative ideation & iteration — you’re able to build upon and improve the ideas of others as well as come up with new ideas that are both effective and scalable.
  • Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced and demanding environments; you relish adversity and overcoming obstacles.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
