The Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Data & Digital Science (“JJSC DDS”) group is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to build Cloud-First Supply Chain Developer Platform from ground up that will boost the business application development process and timelines. What makes this job exciting?

Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of multiple development projects and teams
  • Design and drive development of products with cloud based microservices architecture
  • Partner and collaborate with peer engineers and customers to deliver impact on our products
  • Help Business improve process and help business to make data driven decisions
  • Find opportunities to efficiently build and release products using the latest innovations in technology

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of full-stack software development experience, preferably on C#/Java/React/Angular/Python.
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related experience
  • Possess a sound understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, System Design.
  • Experience of working with IT and application development functions
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Experience in one or BI software tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience with DevOps, Azure/AWS etc.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel
