Johnson & Johnson MedTech, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a North America MedTech FP&A Finance Manager to lead regional sales consolidations and forecasting of the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Capital Expenditures for the region.  This role reports to the Director of NAM FP&A, has at least one direct report, and is based out of Titusville, NJ.  The manager presents regional sales results to CFOs and finance leadership teams across Ethicon, DePuy-Synthes, and CSS while also providing in-stride analysis of actuals and forecasts. The individual should be able to independently partner directly with CFO and finance leaders to share insights and shape deliverables.  

Communication, data analysis, and unstructured problem-solving skills are critical, as this role touches numerous areas of financial reporting and is often tapped to spearhead project work and process improvements. Successful managers will navigate three diverse MedTech franchise leadership teams to accurately consolidate actuals and forecasts.  Cross functional partnership skills are required to build rapport, shape expectations, and deliver results to Group, Enterprise, and Global Service business partners.  Looking forward, this role will increase focus on Cash Flow forecasting and MedTech implementation of SigniFi.       

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial leadership for the North America MedTech Leadership team including strategic business support and consolidations for forecast and actuals reporting, leading a team of 1+ team members
  • Responsible for consolidating and submitting the North America MedTech Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and CapEx forecasts
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of North America MedTech sales reporting at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals
  • Responsible for the Quarterly consolidation and submission of North America MedTech New Product Introduction (NPI) sales and Gross Profit reviews
  • Partnership with Enterprise and adjacent teams in pursuit of process improvement
  • Support MedTech implementation of SigniFi and future finance capabilities
  • Talent Management & Development – developing future Finance talent and team culture

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, framing, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with BRAVO and TM1 preferred
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or any related business is required.
  • Any advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, Master's, CPA, CMA, etc. is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Finance & Accounting or related experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 or more years of leadership experience including people management & talent development is required.
  • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) is required.
  • Facilitate collaboration and change by building and maintaining trusted partnerships within a matrixed environment, and across multiple levels in both business and finance is required.
  • Developed strength in using data and creating analytics that identify opportunities and create value is required.
  • Enabling compliance with local government, legislations, company regulations, accounting/finance policies and procedures (ex. Sarbanes-Oxley), including accurate documentation, reporting and other compliance requirements is required.
  • This position to be based in Titusville, NJ. 

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
