Peapack Private Wealth Management division includes investment management services provided for individuals and institutions; personal trust services, including services as executor, trustee, administrator, custodian, and guardian, and other financial planning, tax preparation, and advisory services. Officers from the Peapack Private Wealth Management Division are available to provide wealth management, trust and investment services at the Bank’s headquarters in Bedminster, at private banking locations in Morristown, Princeton and Teaneck, New Jersey and at the Bank’s subsidiaries, PGB Trust & Investments of Delaware, in Greenville, Delaware, Murphy Capital Management, in Gladstone, New Jersey, Quadrant Capital Management in Fairfield, New Jersey and Lassus Wherley in New Providence, New Jersey and Bonita Springs, Florida.

The Peapack Private Systems Analyst, in collaboration with Peapack Private Wealth Management team members, Information Technology and Project Management Office, will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Systems/Applications Administrator on the implementation and execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of variance Wealth management applications.

Responsibilities

Assist the Sr. Systems Administrator with managing various projects and prioritizing tasks

Assist in training new users on applications across Peapack Private Wealth Management

Utilize project management software to manage projects to completion

Attend meetings, take notes, and circulate agenda/meeting minutes as needed

Work with the Peapack Private management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and operational activities/workflows.

Liaison with the vendor, users, IT, and Peapack Private management team.

External And Vendor Relationships

Salentica Elements, Envestnet-Tamarac, E-Money Software

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs

Desired

  • Knowledge of the Salentica Elements CRM platform (overlay of Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of Envestnet Tamarac Trading and Reporting Software
  • Knowledge of E-Money Financial Planning Software
  • Understanding of the securities settlement process
  • A history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
