We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as an event assistant. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the successful execution of our events. Working closely with managers and coordinators, you'll contribute to planning, organization, and implementation, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate witheventmanagersin planning and executing events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor management
  • Provide administrative assistance, including draftingeventtimelines, preparing documents, and maintaining databases
  • Assist with management, including attendee registration, managing, and addressing inquiries
  • Contribute to creating marketing materials and promotional content for events, including presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Maintain open communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing to measure effectiveness and gather insights for future campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in planning, marketing, or related fields is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
