Job Description:

This role delivers training services and participates in development activities to ensure continuous improvement.

Performs, maintains, and administers training services according to defined processes, secures efficient and accurate and on-time delivery to the respective organization.

What Will You Do

  • Deliver transactional Training services to the organization in accordance with established guidelines so that all training-related matters are administered quickly and accurately
  • Resolve escalated issues from first-level support
  • Escalate possible challenges/ questions to the next level or subject matter experts
  • Training administration
  • Cooperate closely with stakeholders to secure quality available learning opportunities
  • Create content and administrate training in the LMS tool
  • Support all employees via chat and by providing support material
  • Efficiently manage incoming requests from stakeholders via various channels, including ServEss, Teams, and Outlook, and ensure that tickets are resolved within the agreed timeframe.
  • Handles system changes related to leavers.
