Essity is looking for a Business Support Apprentice to join our Prudhoe site in Northumberland, UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our experienced training team and to enhance your knowledge and skills.

About The Apprenticeship

Our Apprenticeship programs have become well established over many years within our various sites in the UK, and we are proud to see the success and development of the employees who began their careers on our apprenticeship programs.



This Level 3 apprenticeship program is designed to develop you over 2 years to reach a nationally recognized qualification in Business Administration.

What You Will Do

• Overseeing and analyzing the training budget, considering the costs of training requests, and keeping within budget
• Primary contact for external training providers, arranging the training courses and completing booking forms where required
• Booking rooms for training and managing the training diary
• Ordering training materials
• Develop effective induction programs
• Use of e-learning systems to assign relevant training
• Reporting of compliance training - updates with regular consultation with operations managers/team leaders and human resources
• Evaluate feedback from training courses, and make changes if/where required
• Saving and storing training documentation/certificates

Who You Are

• Use of Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel
• Communicate effectively with different levels of the Organisation and external providers
• Ability to prioritize
