Job Summary

Star Tribune Media Company is seeking a Senior Workstation Analyst to join our progressive Information Technology team. You will become a part of a closely-knit group of unique and talented IT professionals and get to work with cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, implement, and maintain workstation operating systems (Windows 10/11 and macOS)
  • Provide technical support to resolve complex problems related to workstations and applications
  • Research requirements and evaluate hardware and software for workstations and appropriate server platforms
  • Optimize workstation configuration and network connectivity, utilization, and performance
  • Mentor other team members in software distribution tools and workstation standards

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise technology support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune expertise as well as Apple enterprise device management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Microsoft PowerShell scripting proficiency preferred
  • Ability to learn tools and technology quickly and completely with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities
