Job Description:

Responsible for stocktaking, stock corrections, and stock accuracy.

Main Tasks

  • Fulfill the requests of the supplier ordering process
  • Fulfill the requests of SAP data monitoring
  • Planning and execution of stocktaking according to standards
  • Responsible and contact for customer or supplier consignment
  • Responsible for planning stocktaking at a subcontractor, consignment stock, and external warehouse
  • Creation and reporting of KPI and reports
  • Deriving measures and improvements
  • Monitoring of warehouse monitor and COGI
  • Scrapping activities
  • Supporting SAP postings (correction movement types)
  • Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor
  • Ensures compliance with audits like MMOG or norms ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Q principles at their workplace.
  • Full fills procedures, instructions, orders environmental laws, and all generally applicable legal regulations.
