Soni's growing client is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to craft and execute transformative demand-generation strategies across our multi-location business. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating with the corporate digital marketing leaders, this entrepreneurial and customer-centric leader will optimize technician utilization and appointment scheduling. In this pivotal role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment, leveraging your expertise to build scalable solutions that drive significant business outcomes. Your innovative leadership will ensure this client efficiently maximizes their workforce, directly impacting our overall success.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a related role
• Experience with portfolio roll-up or local field operations/marketing
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in marketing principles and hands-on experience implementing marketing campaigns
• Experience in budget management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in full-funnel marketing
• Experience in brand media strategy

Compensation: $130,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
