Pay Range: $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to join our team.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to input and maintain various types of data into our company's Laboratory Information Management System.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal errors.
  • Accurately type and enter data into the company's database systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and web forms.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of data by reviewing and cross-checking information.
  • Perform data cleansing and formatting tasks to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
  • Adhere to deadlines and complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrit.
