Who we're looking for:

Are you a college sophomore or junior who's interested in email marketing, SEO, and the foundations of marketing operations? Join our team as a Marketing Operations & SEO Intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll work closely with our marketing team to drive impactful campaigns and learn the ins and outs of marketing technology and strategy.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies with the team
• Collaborate on the email marketing calendar, detailing campaigns and communications
• Clean and segment email lists using various tools
• Design and create marketing emails and supporting assets, including forms, landing pages, and system automation
• Learn and execute introductory SEO tasks such as keyword research, site crawls, and page optimizations
• Assist in managing organic social media initiatives, including content calendar planning, publishing, social listening, and reporting
• Assist team members in creating and managing client projects

What You'll Learn:

• Marketing automation tools like Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot
• Email marketing platforms like SendGrid, MailChimp, Pardot, Marketo, and HubSpot
• SEO best practices
• Marketing operations
• Social media management and reporting

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
• Foundational understanding of marketing concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
• Basic HTML skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills
• Strong time management skills

This internship pays $15.00 per hour and we estimate you'll work about 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
