Job Description

As an Associate Creative Director of Design, you'll helm creative projects, creating exceptional experiences for diverse commerce platforms, including cosmetics brands, financial services, restaurants, and government agencies. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams to develop top-tier design solutions that not only meet immediate client goals but also lay a foundation for future innovation and sustainability. Situated at the intersection of behavioral science and aesthetics, your role will demand a mastery of creative vision coupled with an understanding of digital commerce dynamics. You'll translate complex commercial challenges into compelling creative solutions that resonate with users and drive conversions. The ACD of Design will lead the charge in elevating brand experiences through design, ensuring that every piece of work meets our creative benchmarks. You'll do hands-on design work and direct others to create deliverables including transformational site designs, paid media, and CRM. You'll report to a Group Creative Director

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction for projects to align with client objectives and push the boundaries of innovation.
  • Participate in and often lead client pitches, presentations, and briefings, creative ideas, and ensuring agreement on client visions and goals.
  • Coordinate with the Group Creative Director to maintain and nurture client relationships, integrating their feedback and needs into the creative process.
  • Work with project management, strategy, analytics, SEO, paid media, email, and development teams to develop impactful creative concepts that drive clients' business goals
  • Experience designing and managing design systems.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and broaden the creative services offered to clients, leveraging an understanding of their business and industry trends
  • Manage creative team members with regular reviews, check-ins, and training sessions
  • Mentor staff and cultivate a culture that promotes excellence

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of creative experience, in a digital agency environment, with a history of Art Director or Associate Creative Director roles.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Art Direction, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
  • Hands-on digital commerce design experience, evidenced by a portfolio that showcases design for CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and others.
  • Deep experience with design, from the initial concept to the final, detailed product.
  • Brand awareness with an ability to evolve brands.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
